I have to say I've enjoyed reading your explorations of yourself, your desires, and your relationships. I think only really unintelligent people would assume all you are is sex. ;) So wherever you want to take this... I'd be happy to go.

We'll just have to see how the blogthings turn out.

This is a thought-provoking post on a subject that's fundamental to all bloggers, but especially sex bloggers writing about experiences that most people keep private, if they even have them at all.

If you write about sex (not counting auto-eroticism), you're writing about other people--perhaps your lover(s), perhaps third parties, perhaps fictional characters based on people in your real life. How much can or should you reveal about them?

It's a safe assumption that we literary exhibitionists (numerous though we may be) are outnumbered by people who prefer to keep their sexual activities private. Unless you know that the other people in your tales are cool with telling them in public, the better course is not to, or at the very least to disguise your other characters to the point that no link to the real person is possible.

Based on that, you did the right thing by withdrawing your posts.

It's obvious to me that you are an intelligent woman with considerable depth, and sex is not the sum total of your life. But it's an important component, perhaps the most important, and writing about or experimenting with sex in the generally supportive environment of a blog community may well be the healthiest thing you can do.
