Holiday giving wishlist 2009

I decided to participate in the holiday giving wishlist meme this year, after realizing that I actually had a couple things lying around the house that people wanted. I've already given some of the sex toys I don't want away, and I'm looking to get rid of a couple more, so maybe I'll end up having something in my collection that other people want. Also it couldn't hurt to see if people could help me out, as well. If you respond to one of my wishes, I'll do my best to reciprocate! Or at least send you something cute/hot electronically

Here are the steps, if you want to participate (truncated steps via Epiphora):

• Make a post listing your wishes. If you wish for real possible things, make sure you include some sort of contact info.
• Visit the lists of others. If you see a wish you can grant, and it’s in your heart to do so, make someone’s wish come true.
• You needn’t spend money on these wishes unless you want to. The point isn’t to put people out, it’s to provide everyone a chance to spread the joy. Gifts can be made anonymously or not — it’s your call.

My Wishlist:

1. Advice! I'm graduating at the end of the year, and am trying to figure out what to do after. If you have any advice about applying for jobs/becoming a sex writer for a magazine or blog/publishing erotica, I'd love to hear from you.

2. A job! Do you know of any interesting job openings? Particularly in communications/journalism/publishing/(social) media/social justice organizations/LGBT organizations/sex-positive organizations? Or, well, anything really? Let me know...

3. Advertising / blog feedback. Give my blog some love! Tweet about me, link to me, etc etc. Or just leave me some constructive feedback, I always like getting that

4. Art collaboration. I've been wanting to work on a collaborative art project with people since forever - I mostly write, and have done a bit of filming + video editing, so I'd like to pair with an illustrator/performance artist/someone and just come up with something cool.

5. Miles. I live in Hong Kong and go to school in the US. Lots of traveling, and tickets are expensive. If you travel a lot and have some extra miles, that would be great.

6. A pair of sturdy men's shoes. Sturdy = you can walk in the snow with them. J has a hole in his and still hasn't gotten new ones. I'm going to look for some here, but finding good walking shoes in a tropical country... might be a bit difficult. He is a Men's 9.5.

7. An external hard drive. My current one + laptop are full

8. An iPod Touch.

9. A DSLR. I want one sooo badly.

10. Shirts + ties. I've been experimenting with a more "masculine" wardrobe lately, but I only own three collared shirts that I've been cycling through incessantly. I don't really mind what they'd look like, but I'm a Men's XS / Youth L / Women's S so it's hard for me to find stuff that fits.

11. A corset. Like, a real corset with boning, not a corset-styled top (got plenty of those). My bust size is 32A.

12. Iron Fist heels. I particularly love the ones with zombies or skulls on them. I'm a Women's 5-6.

13. A satchel/messenger bag.

14. Queer porn. I've heard good things about the Crash Pad series and Good Dyke Porn... basically I'd really like to see something that wasn't completely hetero or girl-on-girl-but-actually-they're-both-straight-or-at-least-look-really-straight.

15. Music! I'm always looking to listen to new artists. I'll totally do a music exchange with you if you want

16. Recipes! I've wanted to learn how to cook, and would love it if you'd share some of your favorite recipes with me so I have a place to start

17. Anything on either of my sextoy wishlists!
